We store this data only to answer your request and follow up on it. Our legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Your data is never sold or rented to anyone. It is only processed by service providers we need to run our website and email, under appropriate agreements.

Website statistics

We keep anonymous visit statistics (page, date, referring website and country). We do not use cookies for this and do not store your IP address.

Retention

We keep your enquiry as long as needed to handle it and any resulting business relationship.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@wearesparkup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
